They took extra steps to explain the process and gave a presentation of the different stages before they even started work. The online tracking of the project through BuilderTREND was great. We were kept up-to-date on the project every step of the way. The sales team and construction crew were very professional and courteous. We decided to do some of the work ourselves to save money, and they were more than happy to answer questions when I didn’t know how to do some of the work or code requirements.

From some of the stories I’ve heard from friends of other contractors they’ve used, I’m extremely glad we picked Crossroads. Can’t say enough good things about them and would definitely hire them again for future projects.
