Crossroads was great to work with at every level on our basement renovation, from Project Management to the team that carried out the work. Project Management was particularly important in coordinating the project when we ran into an unforeseen structural issue in our 100+ year old home, and were flexible along the way when we wanted to tweak the plan. We knew exactly when the team would be arriving each day and the days that they wouldn’t be on site, so there were never any surprises. They carried out their work in a very professional manner and left their workspace tidy at the end of the day…it’s the little things that count. I highly recommend them.
