Crossroads Contracting checked all the boxes for us from the moment we met them at a trade show several years ago. In 2019, they completed a total remodel of the first floor of our 3 level townhome in North Andover. From Josh, to Sean, to Kerry, to Craig, to Jeff we found consistency, professionalism, great ideas, capacity and willingness to work to our budget. It’s a one-stop service (planning, shopping, tearing down, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting etc) and saved us on coordinating each of the different personnel, maximizing the efficiency of each different trade needed to complete the job. Our kitchen, half bath, dining area and living area were practically rebuilt from floor to ceiling, with ‘behind the scenes’ prep work done so we could remodel the remaining two floors as time and budget permitted. They even went the extra mile at no additional charge when the main water line for the home had to be moved, involving a jack hammer and extra time and bother. The company was so perfect for us, that we’ve come back this year to start the next phase of finishing the remodel.
