We used Crossroads to finish our basement. This included a living area, gym, bathroom, office, and bar area. We worked with Crystal, Keri, and Jasmine at the onset of the project who were all amazing at helping us design and pick out exactly what we wanted. While the project was ongoing, Crossroads members on-site such as Wayne were super helpful to inform us of changes and updates in real time.

Like most projects, things don’t always go exactly to plan and there can be some small hiccups along the way. The Crossroads team was quick to tackle these issues, get our input, and find a reasonable solution, which was greatly appreciated on our end. In the end, we were left with a beautiful basement and could not be happier with the final product!
