Building a new home is stressful enough, but when you have to demo an existing home first it truly adds to the stress levels.
We also chose to keep the existing foundation and add a garage & monster deck. Again sounds easy enough, oh ya we are also on Canobie lake witch also serves as the town drinking water. Now that complicates things. Nick and Johnny from cross roads where amazing! From conception to design they helped create our dream home from a picture I found online! They allowed me to assist in the demolition of the property, and we took the house down all the way to the foundation. And then we constructed the home from there. At all phases of the construction process they treated my home as if it was my home even when it didn’t look like one.
Their staff is top notch and knowledgeable, they kept us on budget and on time. When a change order was made they told us what the costs would be ahead of the change. There teams artistic juices were constantly flowing. We plan to get our occupancy permit on Wednesday and are anxiously looking forward to moving in to our one-of-a-kind lakefront property. I would highly recommend crossroads contracting for any of your contracting needs a plus plus plus says it all.
